Access Control Electric Strike Door Lock Fail-Secure Kit HBK-R01 ONE

Selling this as an unused open box item.  All hardware is present and as shown in the pictures, the strike plate has never been installed.  However, it comes with only one wireless remote and has an older control unit.  I can't find a kit like this anywhere on the company website so I'm not sure if it's a previous year kit that is no longer made, or if someone snitched a remote out of the box.
